Acts: The Holy Spirit at Work in Believers

OVERVIEW

A detailed study of the origin and development of the apostolic church. The course emphasizes the church’s mission in its proclamation of the death and resurrection of Jesus. Included is an overview of Paul’s missionary journeys.

Once on the website, click "Start Here."  Then in the drop-down menus, you'll choose "Ohio" and then the level you are taking.  Then, choose the month (May Columbus), then the course, and the correct book(s) will be listed there.

You will need to log in. The can be done by logging into a gmail account. You can also create a google account with your existing email account. For instructions on how to do this, click here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/27441?hl=en

Logging into Google Classroom will add you to the course and give you access to the course material. To view the course material, click the “Classwork” tab at the top of the screen.

We encourage you to download the Google Classroom app as well for easy access to the course.

ONLINE LIVE CLASS INFORMATION

  • This course will NOT have an in-person class at the end. Instead, there will be two live online teaching sessions (see dates/times above). It is mandatory that you log on for both of these. If you are not able to join the online meetings for both dates, then you’ll need to take this class at a later date.

  • The online live classes will be done via Teams. The links are below for each session. You should be able to join the meetings as a guest. You will need to have the Teams app if you join on your phone/iPad. If on a laptop, you can also use the app or choose to continue on web. Just be sure your browser is updated. You will also need to mark your attendance in the Google Classroom for both sessions.
